Q: What should I wear?
A: Comfortable clothes that you can work out in. Some exercises are preformed with legs elevated so its a good idea to wear tight fitted shorts or pants. Pilates is also typically done barefoot or in grippy socks.

Q: How often should I do Pilates?
A: Ideally 2-3 sessions a week is best for progression and change. However due to time and finances, Navillus Pilates will work with you to develop an 'at home' routine to accommodate your goals with a weekly commitment.
Q: What should I expect in my first Pilates session?
A: In your first session, you can expect a consultation and a workout. Your specific body needs will be assessed and well as your personal goals. Expect to learn the fundamentals of Pilates, including proper breathing techniques and basic movements. Your instructor will work with you to develop a personalized plan based on your abilities and goals.
Q: I struggle with (fill in the blank) and I'm wondering if Pilates can help. Do you work with clients who have physical limitations, injuries etc.?
A: Yes! Pilates can be easily modified to fit the needs of all people. Navillus Pilates has continuing education and experience in working with Pre/Post natal clients, clients with arthritis, neurological disease, scoliosis and joint issues. A thorough intake will be performed to determine fit as well as a medical professional's clearance required.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Navillus Pilates takes payment via cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle. Currently, no online payments are being taken. You can pay in person at session. Prepayment is required for "standing" appointments.
Q: What if I need to cancel my session?
A: Navillus Pilates has a 12-hour cancellation. Notify us ASAP if you need to cancel your session.
